In addition to acupuncture, lifestyle support, and nutraceuticals she provides heart rate variability (HRV) biofeedback training using the HeartMath system to manage stress, anxiety and a variety of functional conditions. Leaning on both Classical sources and peer-reviewed evidence, she seeks out the root causes of your concerns and crafts accessible solutions.
While long-term patient relationships are an honor, her chief aim as a provider is to resolve presenting concerns in the most timely and cost-effective way possible. In that spirit, she readily makes referrals to trusted holistic and allopathic providers when indicated to ensure patients receive the highest standard of integrated medical care.
Erin’s approach in clinic is gentle and practical. No matter who you are or what brings you in, she provides a safe atmosphere and grounded support that meets you where you’re at.
