A free 15-minute phone consultation is necessary for new patients prior to booking an in-office visit so that we can discuss your needs, answer questions, and ensure we are a good fit and the correct place to start.

All appointment requests are not considered scheduled until confirmed by the office.
Online booking is available for existing patients only. Online availability is limited - if you don’t see a time that suits your schedule, please contact us directly and we’ll find an appointment to accommodate you.
