A free 15-minute phone consultation is necessary for new patients prior to booking an in-office visit so that we can discuss your needs, answer questions, and ensure we are a good fit and the correct place to start.

Regarding online booking:

• All appointment requests are not considered scheduled until confirmed by the office.

• Online booking is available for existing patients only. Online availability is limited - if you don’t see a time that suits your schedule, please contact us directly and we’ll find an appointment to accommodate you.
